The running carriage of the SP-280 incorporates our own manufactured and developed high grade urethane covered roller with a covered double bearing. Together this combination provides extremely quiet, smooth and reliable operation, even with heavier doors. Unlike traditional plastic rollers used for automatic doors, this design significantly lowers the noise and reduces the traction between the wheel and the rail. This further reduces wear and tear on the aluminum track, which reduces frequent need for maintenance and significantly lowers cost of ownership.

This technology can be adjusted to suit various customer needs and requirements.
